Food, Wonderful Food
If you are like most kids, you like to eat. We know this; we also know that some folks have been called "picky eaters". Well, camp food is different than eating back home. Why? Our food is made with love, so it just tastes better. In fact, it is actually common for campers like yourself to ask our cook for the secret recipe to take back home! Our food is that good!
At SNC You will eat three meals each day with the whole camp in the Dining Hall. The energy in the room is always high as you sit back with your friends, playing games, and singing songs. Campers share a table with their cabin mates and cabin counselors. We always serve family style—which means the runner will bring the food back to the table. From one end of the table your counselor will serve you our delicious meals, and at the other end of the table your other counselor will serve you punch or water.
Here are some sample items:
•Breakfast: Milk, fruit juice, fruit, cold cereals, pancakes, waffles, French toast, bacon, omelets, sausages, eggs, bagels, donuts, blueberry muffins.
•Lunch: Salad bar, sandwiches, pasta dishes, chicken salad, chicken nuggets, cheese burgers and fries, hot dogs, sloppy joes, tuna fish, grilled cheese sandwiches, soup and other warm dishes.
•Dinner: Salad bar, roast beef, chicken, pot roast, spaghetti and meatballs, roast turkey, beef stew, lasagna, pasta dishes, potatoes, pizza, tacos, veggies, desert
In addition, we sometimes incorporate dishes inspired from the many different countries that our campers come from!

Regardless of the meal, you will always find fresh, kitchen made food to enjoy. Have a special Diet? Chances are great that we can cater to your dietary restrictions.
