We are looking for a full-time Nature Center Leader to join our dynamic team in the beautiful northwoods of Wisconsin. This is not an assistant role—you will lead programs, teach campers, and help shape the environmental education experience at camp.
About Swift Nature Camp:
Swift Nature Camp is a premier overnight summer camp for kids ages 6–17. We specialize in nature exploration, outdoor adventure, and hands-on learning, offering campers unforgettable experiences in forests, lakes, and prairies. Our mission is to cultivate curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of the natural world.
What You’ll Do as a Nature Center Leader:

Design and lead interactive environmental education programs for campers, including wildlife studies, plant identification, ecology lessons, and conservation activities.

Take campers on nature hikes, lake explorations, and outdoor adventures, fostering a love of the outdoors.

Maintain and showcase live animal exhibits, natural displays, and educational materials in the Nature Center.
